The US doesn't have working hypersonic missiles, and I suspect that this test will fail, similar to the last few US hypersonic missile tests. Russia and Iran, on the other hand, do in fact have working hypersonic missiles, and they spent way less than the US on research and development. The US spends more than 10x the $ on defense than Russia and Iran, but still has inferior missiles.
Being that the current puppets who "run" America NEVER have good intentions, I do not think this test missile is a Flex or a warning to any other country. I think it is preparation for what has already been decided is to come. Watching them steal another election in real time while we seem helpless to do anything about it is deflating to say the least.
