Specifically, the NCOs that sign contracts, should be specially recognized. They truly place their lives at the feet of the officers appointed above them.

Military service is laudable in any respect, but only Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) sign contracts. Commissioned Officers are afforded a lot more latitude and leeway with their service. They have more responsibilities and subsequent privileges, but also are bound differently to service through an oath and appointment; they are the aristocracy in the organization. They carry a greater burden of responsibility and accountability, accountability that is all too often never adequately allocated.

My Father, Grandfather and Uncles were in the service and gave so much for our country. God Bless our veterans, God Bless America. Long may she wave.

The *rulers* everywhere, certainly and too often especially including within military organisations, are pathologically driven. They are past praying for and must be rooted out. It's the MEN and WOMEN who serve this nation and each one of us, whom we salute. November the 11th, and 24/7. Thank you, Paul Alexander, for your devotion.

Pure insanity. Why would I expect anything else from the VA?

Every day is Veterans Day at VA, Dr. Alexander. VA approved access for vets to the new/old anti-suicidality drug ketamine four years ago and has made it available at 25% of VA facilities across the nation. (See the news article at the link.) If VA continues to roll it out at this rate, it will be available to suicidal vets at all facilities by 2035. However, while the treatment is not now available at all facilities, vets are thanked for their service with free jabs. VA works tirelessly to ensure that as many vets as possible are up to date with their boosters. I am not from VA and do not speak on their behalf. However, I can see what VA is doing and how much it loves vets. VA has enforced a strict vaccine mandate for all employees and has disciplined many for refusal to comply. VA wants vets to be comfortable.knowing that when dealing with a VA official they are always dealing with a vaccinated person, thereby reducing the chances of shedding the coronavirus to vets. VA also protected vets by enforcing universal masking throughout the pandemic years and continues to protect vets now by still requiring vets to wear masks in high risk areas and situations. if your county has high levels of coronavirus transmission, everyone will need to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. If you need a blood transfusion or organ transplant, VA will ensure that this comes from a vaccinated person. It's all part of how VA says thank you for your service.
