as you read, you can see my goal was not to be complicated, no fancy biochemistry, just my 50,000 foot view on this mRNA technology and what I think is needed now. to drive debate and in my words, no one wrote this for me...there has been a move now among some substack writers to have people write their work and they pay them to. it is becoming clear who writes what...even in substack it is becoming a quasi-fraud. again, the public always loses. we have commentors on stack who we do not know real identities and some writers who do not write their own work. ugh

Frankly, if someone says the "right" thing based on solid research, I don't care who posts it. We need all the help we can get to get people to pay attention because we need all the people we can get to expose and share the truth. PS: Although I really like the words YOU wrote, especially when you're angry - lol

I agree with you but they're not going to stop this vaccine or any others they're working on because it's the depopulation plan from the WEF. Next step is to force vaccination. Washington state wrote and passed laws recently to do just that using police and military if necessary in a future

pandemic (actually plannedemic). Dr Ana Maria Mihalcia's recent substack has all of the Washington state law. She lives in Washington state. No doubt all blue states will follow Washington state. God save us.

I agree here too big time...some form of depopulation...sickening...and we live the ugly lie of it all

It’s more than 40 year old cell transfection reagents in a seriously off-label use to infect healthy cells with viral genes.

That’s ALL it is.

How do I know?

Because I regularly used those same cell transfection reagents starting back in the 1990s in my labs in my doctoral and post-doc research.

It was a completely trivial process even back then. The only difference are that these guys are using it in a way that no IRB in any university would have approved.

this is the key, thank you for sharing this critical information Gregorio, we are not experts in this and it is important folk like you share your expertise.

And thank you, Paul. Also, given how critical small numbers of progenitor cells are in development (but also in adult stem cell populations), a product capable of whacking these cells is capable of deranging downstream developmental pathways. Two obvious outcomes to expect would be an increase in miscarriages and immune system and blood problems (most of which cells come from the hematopoietic stem cell population).

Agree with many of your points. However, Robert Malone, who created the mRNA technology, has not been silent. He warned his colleagues of the dangers and problems with it but they ignored him and went forward. He has always been outspoken about the dangers of that technology.

thanks for being here. hugs, respect....there is a reason why Malone stayed silent for so long...he did not warn anyone, he was silent UNTIL he could be no more...he shilled the shots...the trail is there. but note I state 'oaths'...proper courts...it is there that the truth emerges. not congress or no dog and pony bullcrap we have been subjected to. then tell your friend Robert et al. to interview with folk like me, McCullough et al. Couey, Yeadon...he wont because he cannot defend his actions. sorry that you believe that crap he sold you. I have no issue with him personally, its just that he is a fraud and took people's money based on lies and his work killed people. if Bourla, Fauci, Birx, Bancel et al. are to be investigated, he must be too. not because you 'like' what he sold means we go with that. no...he is as culpable and proper hearings can decide the extent. and if there is to be consequences...he moves like Biden and Kamala, reads from phones and teleprompters for there are legal issues involved in his words and also, he wont talk to the right people. for now.

I did not realize he was quiet for so long. Only heard him speaking out several times. Thank you.

Yes Sue he did - BUT he only spoke out when it became obvious it was harmful. He in fact, had little to do with the whole project, but tried to claim fame when everyone (except myself, Dr Alexander et Al) thought it was a miracle cure. As soon as the VAERS reports began stacking up, that snake in the grass jumped ship and pretended to be a whistle blower and no longer claimed he “invented” mRNA technology. Because his colleagues had long since outed him as a fraudster anyway!

Many “X”ers and sub-stackers have labeled him “controlled opposition” but just personally, I don’t think he’s that clever m, he is just an everyday coward running from the part he played in ruining millions of lives!

Sorry but he belongs up on the g@ll0ws right beside Fauci!!!!

Expand full comment

He lost me with that talk with children in Hawaii.

Expand full comment

Malone used the EXISTING procedures and reagents of cell transfection to develop a particular in vivo use in an attempt to counteract the effects of mutated proteins in a transient fashion, either to outcompete with normal gene products the products of a defective protein that resulted in a disease state or to silence that expression of the defective gene, either of which, depending on the condition, had at least the theoretical possibility of restoring at least some function and reducing the disease phenotype.

He was not to cell transfection what Kerry Mullis was to PCR.

The cell transfection reagents began as attempts to introduce therapeutic agents directly into the cells of diseased tissue. This was a noble attempt. Why? Because while chemotherapy works, it works by killing cancer cells at a more rapid rate than non-cancerous cells--but it still whacks normal cells.

The hope was to design cancer cell-specific reagents that would target ONLY cancer cells, perhaps targeting a cell surface receptor or other cell surface protein unique to cancer cells. This way a very small amount of the therapeutic agent could be targeted only to where it was needed, sparing healthy cells and also reducing the amounts needed of very expensive drugs.

The problem? At that time, at least, they couldn’t get specific enough. But someone else figured out that they were great vehicles for delivering exogenous genes into cell without killing them, expressing exogenous proteins in those cells, and being able to study the expression and behavior of those proteins in the context of a living cell. And, so, the era of modern molecular biology was born.

With the extreme ease via PCR and the use of a huge variety of restriction enzymes (acquired from bacteria that used them to chop up the DNA or RNA of invading viruses), it was possible to identify by the use of point mutations as well as insertion or deletion mutations or chimeric mutations, the functional regions of particular genes. But the way of seeing the effects of those deliberate mutations was to see how those proteins behaved inside of cells.

And those cells used were any of a variety of immortal cell lines. The benefit of using them was that they had been fully characterized and that they were monocultures of cells that had no innate or adaptive immune system activity to screw things up.

The problems of cell transfection in a vertebrate animal was that the cell transfection reagents or procedures (except for adenoviruses and microinjection of single cells) would introduce the gene of interest into a wide variety of cells. There were unique problems, whether the genes were viral, bacterial, or of the same or other species.

If someone was interested in restoring in vivo production of human insulin to type one diabetics, that was entirely possible, at least transiently. The problem was that the regulatory mechanisms for starting and stopping insulin production were cell-specific and not in the insulin gene. So if you introduced the human insulin gene into a wide variety of cell types due to the indiscriminate nature of most cell transfection reagents and methods, those cells would happily churn out insulin. But there would be nothing to regulate it. Overproduction of insulin would rapidly lead to extreme hypoglycemia, unconsciousness, and then death.

And the cellular production of virtually all proteins is regulated in a tissue-specific way. It doesn’t do much good to produce a normal protein someone with a genetic disease lacks if you can’t control where it’s produced and its quantity.

As far as viral and bacterial proteins are concerned, it’s trivial to get cells to produce them. But since both those cells and the innate immune system can detect the presence of viral or bacterial proteins, producing them in vivo will ALWAYS recruit the innate immune system to launch innate immune inflammatory attacks on those cells. Why? Because those cells, detecting the presence of pathogenic mRNA and pathogenic protein, signal that they have been invaded by pathogens, are in replication mode, and have to be killed.

This is the inevitable result of the primary mechanism of action of ALL viral mRNA products. And when you have that occurring in cells across multiple organ systems simultaneously, the innate immune system reacts appropriately as though responding to a broadly disseminated, massive viral infection and with predictable results.

ALL this was known long before any EUA for these products were granted. Any possible effects of any non-payload ingredients the cell transfection agents use are irrelevant compared to the intended effects of the products themselves.

So what if somewhere downstream you’re able to make antibodies and T cells against the viral proteins. Big deal. You can do that with viral protein vaccines. But viral protein vaccines don’t invade cells like viruses and hijack protein production like viruses and cause the cells to recruit innate immune inflammatory attacks like viruses.

But ALL viral mRNA products do.

And the point of viral protein vaccines was to skip the infection part and just do the adaptive immune part. You know, protection without infection.

ALL the viral mRNA products work by infecting healthy cells with viral genes. That’s disease. They triggering an innate immune response to kill those cells. That’s a disease response.

And, because of the products’ indiscriminate nature, they’re initiating this everywhere relatively speaking all at once. And the innate immune response is proportional and, depending of how much inflammatory damage and to which organs, will be debilitating or deadly.

THAT is the inherent nature and outcome of the viral mRNA products.

Cell transfection reagents? Great. In their proper place in the lab. In the body? Not so great, unless, of course, you’re aiming to do harm, and there are MANY ways that could be used to cause harm.

Now that there are worldwide production, distribution, delivery, and regulatory systems in place, imagine what would happen if some bad actor introduced the human insulin gene into the mix or the gene of a protein that would bind irreversibly to receptors at neuromuscular junctions.

If it’s not a viral or a bacterial gene, it would never be noticed by the cells or the innate immune system and the first you’d notice anything would be as you were slipping into an insulin coma or becoming paralyzed.
