Look up the work of Christine Stabell Benn. Her research (well before covid) showed that the only vaccines to provide specific and non-specific benefits and an improvement in all-cause mortality are live-attenuated vaccines. These are basically a 'light' natural infection with a reduced risk from the pathogen. Lumping these in with inactivated, protein subunit, viral vector and mRNA transfections simply muddies the waters of how "vaccines" work.
For instance, comparing a flu-vaccine to an live attenuated polio vaccine is a terrible comparison of 2 mechanisms of action and 2 very distinct types of virus and how they interact with the human body.
Unless, of course, you subscribe to the idea that there are no viruses or pathogens, which you are free to believe and act upon. Just know that it doesn't have to be all or nothing: vaccines are all poison vs. vaccines are the best thing since sliced bread.
