I read through it, and unless I missed it, he didn't say anything about the people who died or why they might have been the victims of targeting -- maybe like their indigenous status? I guess people's deaths somehow escaped him! Talk about a lousy overview/summary. But, of course, the TONE of his piece was that the reader was getting The Last Word and should back off from agitating for more on the issues involved on Maui. [If anybody else read that essay and sees it differently, let me hear it, because if I'm off-base, I may need to curb my bias. But once someone like him exposes he is a phony, it takes an effort to see them any other way.]

To get Malone you have to get Callahan.
I’m not saying that will produce the conclusion you envision.
But the fact that Malone has not been gunning for Callahan puts you on first base.
And that Callahan had lied to Malone repeatedly prior to January of 2020, and Malone still “believed him” probably puts you on second.
