As the most accomplished and brilliant scientist the US has ever produced, he knew from going over the methodology and data of both his own and other studies that human trials are unnecessary.
2. Biden cares. He cares a lot about his people, the subjects of his reign and he knew that these jabs would be really good for people. He really cares about the health of the American people.
3. Big Pharma greased old Joe's palm with a contribution of billions of &$ paid into one or several of the Biden family's offshore accounts.
4. China and the CCP instructed Joe to skip the human trials in order to get as much as possible of the mRNA generated spike protein that China refuses to allow its own citizens to have into American arms as fast as possible and matched Big Pharma's contribution, adding it to what they had already paid Joe for the nuclear codes.
