Since no president has ever been indicted this ruling would be the guide:

https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/457/731/

The President has absolute immunity from liability for civil damages arising from any official action taken while in office.

The separation of powers principle gives rise to absolute immunity, which is an important matter of public policy. The President has greater

protections than governors and other officials, who have qualified immunity, since he holds a unique position in the structure of government and has

uniquely important duties. The distractions caused by defending a civil lawsuit would improperly distract the President from fulfilling his

executive function, which would undermine the government more broadly. There is no cause for concern that the President will be above the law, since

impeachment and other processes impose checks on his powers.

Constitutionally impeachment is the remedy. Since Trump was acquitted in the senate twice, no other criminal action can be taken.

The dems and rinos know the Constitution but they're banking on we the people not knowing!

Isn’t sotomayer the one being forced to retire? She was always a little flaky. Presidents always have had immunity, this is again Biden and Obie changing rules to suit them. Biden as VP never had the right to take classified anything, he knew it, he was covering his ass. He should be prosecuted for that, he was in right mind for him at that time. I don’t care that he lost his mind now. President Trumps immunity should stand in place and give those ass…. The bird!

I’m tired of the duplicity and the abject stupidity of things said in court by the leftest justices. You’d think they’d be embarrassed by asking just ridiculous childish fantasy questions.

I could be wrong but (We) “the People” have discretion as well and the current occupant appears every bit a deficit in performance and a fomentor to a War’ of [internal] Politics !!

This is getting so pathetic I have to block you now. I can’t talk anymore that’s not a surgical gibberish. If you were a real person you would be indicted for sedation, incitement and libel.

The Drudge Report has been a joke ever since Matt Drudge sold out to the World Economic Forum years ago. It was once good, but it's a cesspool now.
