When I was in the Air Force, I had to give the Aircraft Commander a risk assessment form before the flight, because he is ultimately responsible for the aircraft and the souls onboard. Since then, I have always done a risk assessment in my mind before going anywhere in the Philippines. I for one, will never go to Mindanao due to terrorist activity. These people get the Darwin Award for going to Israel. It's a NO-GO for me. In fact, the whole Middle East and Africa can suck my ass.
