Autophagy, fasting (intermittent, 'eat' 'fast' windows), & mRNA technology (Malone, Kariko, Weissman et al.) based COVID injection? How are these three (3) linked & can FASTING mitigate spike protein?
Nascent emerging evidence suggests yes! Along with spike DETOXIFYING nutraceuticals with NATTOKINASE etc., FASTING (promotes autophagy) & may hold answers & provide some needed support
The spike protein, notably the S1 segment, is likely a pathogenetic factor leading to both long COVID and post-vaccination syndrome. Multiple intersecting and overlapping pathophysiologic processes contribute to the vast spectrum of pathology caused by spike-protein, including inflammation, clotting (fibrin-amyloid clots), autoantibodies, mitochondrial dysfunction, and endothelialitis. This is a novel pathology and requires the development of treatment protocols to meet this pressing need. Autophagy is a promising technique to remove foreign proteins and restore cellular function, as well as restoring cellular energy production.
Can autophagy promote cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis? This needs to be studied immediately!!
When we talk about autophagy (or ‘self-eating’ or your body’s cellular cleaning process and for our purposes, the degradation and removal of spike protein from the virus as well as the COVID vaccine itself) we are talking about ways to drive autophagy (breaks down cells and pathogens) and ‘fasting’ (intermittent 12-24 hours and prolonged at least 36 hours, but talk to your doctor first especially if insulin dependent or menstruating, hypoglycemics or on some medications) is one such key process. Autophagy (due to fasting) can clean debris from cells. It also reduces auto-immune conditions. Autophagy appears to really kick in at about 16 to 18 hours of fasting and it is really ‘self-eating’.
It is not a fast from water, it is a fast from food, you must drink water across the three days and you must add minerals to that water.

The evidence is building showing the potential and real benefits of fasting (short and longer term with longer term prolonged fasting being critical with more accrued benefits) as it promotes autophagy and thus the role it can have in ridding and detoxifying your body of the spike protein from the virus itself as well as the mRNA technology COVID gene injection.
