This is just so so sad. I'm tired - today I feel really low. It's been what, over 3 years now that this circus has been going on ? When I read this week about mandates returning, I just feel that I don't know if I can do this all over again. But then, they would win wouldn't they ? We cannot let them win. But it's hard. (for the record I live in Italy, where it was really awful 😔). What has happened to our beautiful world ? I'm 62 so I'm not overly bothered for myself , but for my children and grandchildren I worry all the time. Hugs to all

I am not vaxxed and avoided it at all cost. I flew to Vietnam from Australia and a week later travelled by train overnight in a 4 bed cabin. A few days later I was short of breath and stayed in my hotel hoping to get better. After a long few days I got the staff to call me an ambulance and went to the family hospital. They diagnosed me with heart failure and put me in ICU. I complained about pain in my left calf and they said I had varicose veins. When I finally managed to discharge myself I took the first flight back home to Australia and was taken from the plane straight to emergency where I was diagnosed with DVT and pulmonary embolism. I am lucky to survive as they said I had multiple clots on my lungs. I don't know whether I got the DVT from traveling or from being confined with people in the small cabin for 21 hrs. I was on blood thinners for 6 months and then flew to the Philippines where I am currently living. I stopped the blood thinners and take nattokinase each morning with raw garlic and turmeric. I am feeling much better now but I try to avoid too many people in case of shedding.
