Washington DC Mayor Bowser is loud and clear: South American illegals (and some middle eastern terrorists thrown in) are not welcomed in Washington DC!!! get to hell away!!! ha ha ha! funny!!!!

Why would she not welcome them with open arms???? I think she is being racist and exclusionary and hateful! A DC mayor with these qualities? A black mayor? I am puzzled!
