My old Momma spent her final days on earth rocking a pistol in her lap at home, ready to fend off anyone who tried to take her out "their" way. The county workers had threatened to come inject her in her home. She said if they tried it, she'd make sure they died trying even if it meant she went out in a hail of bullets;-) She knew EXACTLY what they were up to.

I miss her. But she did finally go out the way God intended, at home, peacefully in her own bed, no strangers messing with her- just loved ones saying their goodbyes, kissing and hugging her, the way it SHOULD be.
