In our analysis, we focused on the most common vaccines, such as mRNA-based vaccines (Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna), AstraZeneca, and Janssen. Less commonly used SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in the Western hemisphere, such as Sinopharm, Sinovac, and Covavax, are grouped together under the term “others.”’
