Jacksonville Mass Shooter Who Targeted Black People Identified as 21-Year-Old Ryan Palmeter; if so, if this guy killed people because thye were black, then I say do not wait, lets get to the execution
light it up! if this was a pure racist killing, then take his life now! spare us, spare the tax payer...we cannot have this racist killing in a good governance society!

Hate to be a skunk in a woodpile, but what do we call black people who shoot up other black people? They kill each other at parties, in drunken brawls, in schoolyards, during drive-by’s, at gang rumbles, during robberies and carjackings and in alleys during drug deals gone bad. And sometimes just anywhere, for no particular reason. I lived for many years on the south and near west sides of Chicago, so I know whereof I speak. Do we have labels for THOSE people? Or does the skin color of the shooter make his (or her, but usually his) actions beyond reproach?
Not defending what this guy did, but why is it worse than some black teen popping off against random fellow black people waiting on a subway platform, or leaving church? Happens all the time. Is it racist for the rest of us to ask this question? Or to not ask it? I get a little confused on the etiquette, here.

I believe he is dead. They said he killed himself.
