RECALL of the Colorado judges must be initiated immediately, SCOTUS must take this immediately & toss it out; question: when was Trump ever charged with insurrection? when? these idiots ruled on that

Dershowitz says the Supreme Court will overturn this as it is illegal for a state to use a federal law never mind that it was meant for the Civil War.....the news is making too much of this....I hope I quoted Dershowitz correctly but I am pretty sure.
