Setting aside the fact the whole former CIA contractor video talking about setting up Alex Jones may well be fake, there is some incredulity among some commenters that such a weak/flawed human being could be a CIA/Deep State highly vetted operative. If you read The Confessions of an Economic Hitman (which also may be/is likely be a plant) it goes into the extensive recruiting process the NSA goes through with potential hires. The hitman to be is an extremely flawed individual with parental, class warfare, greed, drinking, felony lying to cops, and sexual issues, all of which are fully disclosed during lie detector monitored extensive interviews. He allegedly was shocked when they offered to hire him.

I don’t know the answer to your question but I would suspect that the great majority of FBI/CIA/Deep State employees are just typical bureaucrat paper pushers that have as little idea about what’s going as the rest of the great unwashed. They are highly unlikely to know enough that they would need to be controlled. Again speculating but the people that do the real secret evil, like the Economic Hitman, would be the flawed ones that need to controlled.
